AHA Workshop

Join us for a Travel Sketching workshop!
Drawing is an excellent way to record what you see and experience while on the road. We’ll cover the basics of capturing people, objects, architecture, and landscape. We’ll also discuss the challenges and rewards of drawing in public, dealing with the natural elements, and materials and inspiring resources.


Teacher: Tamara Moan
Timing: Wednesdays April 20-May 25, 9-11am (6 sessions)
Locations: various on O’ahu
Cost: $125 (payable at 1st class)
Supplies: notebook of unlined paper; pens; pencil

HERstory through the ARTS is a celebration of women artists during Women’s History Month at The ARTS at Marks Garage. March 9 to 26, TUESDAY through SATURDAY, Noon to 5PM.
 
PAU HANA Receptions on Friday, March 11, 18, and 25 from 5 to 7PM. POPUP sales on Saturday, March 12 and 19, from 2 to 5PM.

AHA Workshop

AHA presents Laura Albaneze demonstrating Unicorn SPiT acrylic in Kailua March 26, 2022 from 11 am to noon, followed by Brown Bag lunch. All AHA workshops are currently limited to the first 10 vaccinated enrollees. However, if there is an overwhelming response, there will be a 2nd session. Materials provided but a donation jar will be available to help reimburse the artist for the materials.
